Jam Inns Ice have been the largest ice manufacturer & supplier of ice in the South West & South Wales since 2011. We cater for small independent cafes & bars up to the largest global festivals. A typical weekend in summer will see up to 300,000 people somewhere close by sipping on a drink cooled with Jam Inns Ice.
Jam Inns Ice supplies ice predominantly for business to business supply to Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Nightclubs, Coffee Shops, Events, Weddings & Festivals. We operate large scale contracts for retailers, airports & national chains for multi store daily deliveries.
Our factory is based in Bristol where we can cater for deliveries as small as 40kg locally & up to full HGV lorries with 26,000kg pallet loads. We have scheduled daily deliveries in Bristol & Bath along with a large commercial contract base in Newport, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Wiltshire & Somerset.

10kg Bag Cubed Ice
Our most popular product by far is our standard 10kg bags of cubed ice. These bags are large pillowcase size & typically 5-10 times bigger than the bags you buy in the supermarkets. These are far better to cater for the needs of commercial operations with a far higher quality of ice, less packaging per kg.

10kg Bag Crushed Ice
These 10kg Bags of crushed ice are the same size as our standard cubed but typical use cases with a lot of clients will be cooling, fish displays & cocktails.

Hand Cut Bespoke Crafted 2” Cubes
These 2” Cubes of ice are by far the coolest cubes we produce. These cubes are absolutely nothing remotely similar to standard bagged ice. We freeze down huge 140kg blocks of ice over a 4 day period with technical freezing techniques to produce crystal clear ice blocks. These giant blocks are then chainsawed down & cut by bandsaw & hand into perfectly formed 2” clear cubes.
We have a waiting list of customers who want to get supply of our custom cut ice. We will be also adding different sizes for columns for high balls for summer 2026 so if you are looking to become a regular customer for these contact us to discuss.
To meet expectations if you’ve not looked into pricing of this type of ice before this is extremely expensive to manufacture. We supply 2” cubes in boxes of 50 for £1 per cube.

Jam Inns Ice Delivery solar power factory in Bristol has gone through a number of years of growth & improvement. We moved into this site in 2015 from our site the other side of Bristol & since then we’ve been making improvements to the site to grow in a sustainable way for a greener future.
In 2022 we installed a huge solar system over the entire factory roof with the support of WECA who provided support grant funding to help us transition. We also took measures to insulate doors & structural elements of the factory to minimise our energy loss.
We have reduced plastic in our bags & continue to work for longer term solutions to the use of plastic in the frozen supply chain.
Our vehicles have been upgraded to Euro 6 to comply with both the Bristol & Bath clean air zones & we have some exciting vehicle updates coming in the very near future. We cover 50 miles from our base in Bristol which covers a huge area of large scale festivals over the summer months. Using Jam Inns Ice as a local, low delivery mile company, manufacturing through clean energy & reduced plastic makes Jam Inns Ice the most sustainable way to purchase high volume ice.
